How do I find what I’m looking for?
We have designed new search criteria to let you browse through our catalogue.You can look for the bag you love starting from the model, or the colour, or the material or all of the above criteria put together. It should not be too difficult for you to find what you are looking for, should you have any problem just drop us an email.
Do I need to register to purchase online?
No, all you have to do is to subscribe to our newsletter. However, creating an account with us will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you place an order. You will also be able to view your order history and track your current orders.
Not enough information on our products?
To avoid flooding you with unwanted information we display only the most important info about each product – too many info are just not useful. For each product we publish size, a short description, capacity, weight , material and – needless to say – an image slideshow, to help you finding your beloved colour. Mueslii is all about colours. Should you have any question do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service, we answer all queries within 2 working days.
I have just placed an order. Can I cancel or change it?
Once you confirm your order it’s not possible to change it, unless you do so within 12 hours. In that case send us an email to our Customer Service specifying the order number, your data and the model you wanted to order instead. For additional information about cancelling your order, check our Returns Policy. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to us to have it changed.
If you have troubles completing an order with us make sure you have updated your browser and operating system to the latest version. If you still have troubles please do get in touch with us, providing the details we need to look into your problem, that is: device you are trying to purchase from, operating system (Windows, Mac, etc) and version, Internet browser and version, a description of the problem (preferably in English 🙂), a screenshot of the page where the problem occurred. We will be happy to assist you.

Where and how do we ship?
If your country is not one of the countries listed on our web store please write us an email, we will be happy to look into it. All products are shipped with DHL, to ensure a smooth delivery. We normally ship within 2 working days from the order confirmation, except during national (Italian) holidays, when we might keep you waiting a few days more. Once shipped, products are normally delivered within 5 working days, except conditions that are beyond our control, such as severe weather, strikes, custom delays, etc.
You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email, that you will receive when the order gets shipped. Please allow 2 working days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
I have seen an item which it seems to be no longer in stock?
Some of our most products are running out of stock very quickly, so you should better hurry up! However, most of our products are frequently restocked. Keep an eye on our web store or send us an email to be told when the products are again on stock.
How do I clean my Mueslii bag?
We do not recommend using the washing machine to clean your bag. We recommend instead hand washing the product with mild soap and hanging it to air dry.
The material we use for most of our bags is nylon, which is extremely stable. However, we also produce bags using cotton or similar material (like denim), for which there could be some surplus dye. For those models to avoid colour bleeding we recommend that you rinse the backpack in lukewarm water before usage. Take care when wearing them with light coloured clothing.
